Job Summary
Lead and supervise concrete construction crews on active job sites, managing typically six to eight workers to meet production targets; responsibilities include formwork installation, rebar handling, concrete placement and finishing, interpreting drawings/specs, operating skid loaders/telehandlers, and maintaining safe job sites; 60+ hour weeks with travel to local, semi-local, and long-distance projects; per diem for nights out of town; growth opportunities into Field Operations Manager or Senior Construction Leadership Roles. Potential start around 6:00–7:00 AM with occasional Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of concrete construction experience
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or foreman experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
- Travel (25%)
