Job Summary
Concrete Foreman responsible for supervising and coordinating a team of workers on concrete construction projects, ensuring work is carried out safely and to specifications. Lead daily site operations, read blueprints, manage forms, mix/pour/finish concrete, operate equipment, enforce safety protocols, communicate project status to clients and management, schedule labor and materials, mentor new crew members, and ensure compliance with building codes. Requires 3-5 years of concrete construction experience, bilingual ability, strong leadership and communication skills, driving record and background check, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Ability to read plans, oversee safety, and liaise with engineers and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in concrete construction
- Bilingual
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass the background check, drug screen/physical
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and concrete-specific equipment
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
