Job Summary
As a Concrete Foreman, you will supervise work crews to complete scheduled work safely and on time. Responsibilities include leading field operations, ensuring crew tasks align with project timelines and budgets, and operating construction equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and prior construction knowledge are required. Candidates should understand industry safety practices and be able to lift/move 50 pounds. Experience in supervising employees and working in construction is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Prior construction knowledge required
- Understand the fundamentals and dangers of the industry
- Understands safety zones while working around equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of restoration/concrete procedures
- 1 + years’ experience directly supervising employees
- 3 + years working in construction, or the utility distribution industry
