Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Concrete Wall Foreman with strong concrete wall construction and crew management skills, to supervise wall crews, interpret blueprints, manage concrete placement, and ensure job site safety.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in concrete wall construction (structural, foundations, retaining walls, etc.)
- Proven leadership and crew management experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong understanding of Symons formwork systems and concrete placement techniques
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and job site safety practices
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-driven
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with large commercial/residential projects
- Ability to operate equipment (forklift, skid steer, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
