Job Summary
Lead and supervise concrete crews on heavy civil projects including roadways, bridges, sidewalks, and curbs throughout Ohio. Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, equipment, and materials while reading construction plans, specifications, and grade stakes. Oversee forming, reinforcing, pouring, and finishing concrete to ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications. Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on every job site while communicating effectively with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors. Mentor and develop crew members to maintain a productive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a concrete leadership role
- Experience with heavy civil, roadway, bridge, or site concrete construction
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications
- Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, forming, and grading
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Valid driver's license required
