Job Summary
Oversee, assign, and communicate tasks to crew members while estimating labor and materials for concrete construction projects. Train employees and ensure strict adherence to paving operations, equipment safety, and standard procedures. Read drawings and blueprints to guide work, applying in-depth knowledge of concrete procedures and strong math skills. Requires working experience as a Concrete Foreman, concrete finishing skills, and excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Must possess effective communication and reporting skills, with availability to work overtime and weekends. Includes competitive hourly rates, paid holidays, attendance incentives, and a company truck with fuel card.
