Job Summary
Supervise and lead concrete placing and finishing crews while coordinating manpower, equipment, materials, and daily production activities. Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Conduct daily FLHAs, toolbox talks, and site safety inspections, then monitor concrete placement, finishing, curing, and protection procedures. Complete daily reports, timecards, and production tracking while communicating effectively with superintendents, project managers, and clients. Requires a valid Class 5 Driver's License and ability to work occasional overtime and weekends. Join a team with a strong safety culture and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in concrete placing and finishing
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience
- Strong understanding of commercial and industrial concrete construction
- Ability to lead crews while maintaining production, quality, and safety expectations
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends as required
