Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate concrete workers and tradesmen to ensure projects meet job specifications and company quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, layout sites, and oversee concrete work from start to finish while maintaining a safe and efficient environment. Communicate effectively with team members, superintendents, and management throughout the job site. Requires minimum six years of commercial construction experience, proficiency in industry tools and blueprint reading, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with flexible availability including overtime and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in commercial construction
- Proficient in the use of industry tools and equipment
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and project layouts
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Up to date with the latest technology involving concrete work
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, with an ability to multi-task
- Task-oriented, reliable, and committed to meeting deadlines
- Flexible availability, including some overtime and weekends
- Able to lift at least 35 pounds, unassisted, and stand for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- 6 years of relevant experience in commercial construction
- OSHA 10
- Operator's certificate
