Job Summary
Lead concrete crews on civil construction sites, overseeing formwork installation, concrete placement and finishing to ensure alignment with project plans, specifications and safety standards. Direct day-to-day field operations, coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency, monitor production and timelines, and provide hands-on coaching and leadership to crew members. Travel regionally is required; relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of field experience in concrete construction within the civil industry
- Demonstrated success leading crews and overseeing field operations
- Strong understanding of concrete placement, grading, finishing, and related construction practices
- Ability to interpret project requirements and uphold quality standards throughout execution
- Flexibility to travel throughout the region as project needs require
