Job Summary
Oversee concrete crew and multiple projects, supervise staffing and equipment to meet budgeted costs and schedules, ensure safe, efficient production, read and interpret plans and specifications, coordinate on-site manpower/materials/equipment, monitor production schedules and adjust daily work, manage material requests, uphold safety policies, and mentor craft personnel while maintaining quality and adherence to procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least five years previous experience and/or training in the concrete industry; advanced knowledge of concrete paving, tools and equipment; in-depth knowledge of layout for footings.
