Job Summary
Concrete Finisher responsible for prep, pour, place, and finish of concrete. Tasks include erecting and setting forms for structures and site work, including tilt-wall and symon forms, aligning to drawings, placing reinforcing steel, verifying elevations, and ensuring safe operation of equipment. Must read drawings/prints, assemble form systems, set forms to elevations, assist with placing concrete, and communicate safety concerns with Foreman/Project Manager. Focus on form construction, concrete placement, finishing, and safety adherence as part of a broader concrete construction crew.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construction or contracting industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
