Job Summary
The Concrete Finisher is responsible for preparing and setting concrete forms, smoothing, and finishing various concrete structures including floors, sidewalks, roadways, and curbs. Key responsibilities include verifying elevations, constructing beams, applying curing compounds, and ensuring work quality. Must operate hand tools and maintain production quantities for flat work finishing. Candidates should have completed a vocational program or possess at least 3 years of concrete finishing experience. Compliance with safety regulations and successful completion of background checks and drug testing are required.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of apprentice/vocational program or an equivalent combination of training/education
- Minimum of 3 years of field experience in the concrete finishing trade
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass a 7 year background check
- Conduct pre-employment drug testing
