Concrete Finisher

Concrete Finisher responsible for finishing, forming, and restoration of concrete surfaces on varied construction projects. Responsibilities include setting up work areas, operating concrete mixers and power tools, performing forming and finishing tasks per project specifications, installing rebar, reading blueprints, collaborating with the team, handling material via heavy equipment, and maintaining a clean site with proper waste disposal. Skills emphasize mechanical knowledge in construction, estimating/materials planning, hardscape installation (patios/walkways), concrete finishing techniques and equipment, carpentry-related framing and trim, plastering/stucco, masonry and flooring installation, tile laying and caulking, restoration-focused renovation experience, and safe operation of heavy equipment.
