Job Summary
Concrete Finishers are responsible for patching, placing, spreading, vibrating, screeding, and floating concrete to achieve desired uniformity and smoothness. Candidates must be able to handle concrete buckets and use power tools, alongside performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting and working at heights. Teamwork and a commitment to safety are critical, along with strong interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors and travel as needed
- Drug screen, physical and criminal background check required
- Ability to work without close supervision once directed on task
- Obeys and follows all safety rules on the job site
- Maintains a good relationship with co-workers
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally; 50-70 pounds frequently
- Position can be physically demanding
