Job Summary
Experienced Concrete Finisher needed to smooth, level, and finish poured concrete surfaces on commercial projects. Responsibilities include finishing with hand tools (trowels, screeds, edgers), operating walk-behind trowels and other concrete equipment, finishing curbs, gutters, cast-in-place stairs, and slabs on metal decks, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Familiarity with mix designs, admixtures, and FF/FL standards is valued. ACI certification is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial concrete finishing.
- ACI certification or equivalent preferred - not required!
- Ability to operate forklifts and skid loaders is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Physically capable of performing tasks involving crawling, sliding, and hand-tool use
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
