Concrete Finisher

Concrete Finisher responsible for preparing, forming, placing, and finishing concrete structures. Duties include erecting and setting wood or metal forms for floors, slabs, walls, columns, tilt-walls, elevator cores, and other cast-in-place structures; assembling formwork, setting elevations, placing reinforcing steel, observing safety policies, and assisting with concrete placement as needed. Must read drawings and prints, verify accuracy with measuring tools, erect scaffolding, coordinate with Foreman/Project Manager, and maintain equipment safety and site cleanliness. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail required.
