Concrete Finisher

Conduct strenuous physical labor on highway and heavy construction projects by operating hand and power tools, cleaning and preparing sites, setting forms, and spreading, leveling, and smoothing concrete. Maintain a clean and secure job site by picking up tools and equipment to eliminate hazards, while ensuring proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed and bringing problems to a Supervisor's attention. Regularly work near moving machinery requiring good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination, with the ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects over 50 lbs. using legs, hips, shoulders, abdominal, and lower back muscles. Stand and/or walk for long periods and climb ladders. Experience setting string line for concrete is required.
