Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Concrete Estimator responsible for accurately estimating costs and quantities for concrete projects and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. Candidate must have experience in the construction industry and preferably hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Concrete Estimator or similar role in the construction industry.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, costs, and construction methods.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
