Concrete Crew Supervisor

Job Summary
The Concrete Crew Supervisor will oversee concrete construction projects at Lagoon Amusement Park, supervise a concrete crew, plan and schedule tasks, coordinate materials and equipment, and ensure safety and compliance with Lagoon policies and OSHA standards. Responsibilities include leading concrete finishers and crew members, reviewing plans and specifications, coordinating activities with multiple departments, monitoring progress, conducting job-site inspections, estimating materials and managing inventory, assisting with labor planning and budgeting, and providing coaching and development for crew members. The role may involve hands-on concrete and construction work when operationally necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Five (5) years of concrete construction experience preferred.
- Previous lead, foreman, crew leader, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, curing, reinforcement systems, repair techniques, and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, site plans, and construction documents.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations, safe work practices, and job site management.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate employees while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in construction measurements, material estimation, project planning, and project coordination.
- Valid Utah Driver License required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended work hours as operational needs require.
