Job Summary
Load and unload materials and equipment, operate walk-behind and handheld concrete grinders, and apply concrete coatings to prepare and install flooring systems. Communicate with customers and team members while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Keep equipment, trucks, and personal protective gear in proper condition. This role includes overtime eligibility, alternate shifts, and occasional night or weekend work. Paid on-the-job training is provided for both installers and lead installers.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- drivers license
- reliable transportation
- valid MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- Integrity & Trustworthy
- Be able to work with a team of installers, sales team, & office staff
- Communicate effectively

- Ability to work under pressure
- Customer service
- Ability to pick up and move equipment weighing more than 100 lbs occasionally
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to work on knees or in a kneeling position occasionally
- Perform physical activities (sometimes strenuous)
- Some alternate shifts may be required
- On occasion nights and/or weekends are necessary
