Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a concrete carpenter or form builder on commercial construction projects
- Strong skillset in building, setting, bracing, and stripping concrete formwork for slabs, walls, footings, columns, and related structures
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, grades, elevations, measurements, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, communication, and problem-solving abilities
