Concrete/Carpenter Positions

Concrete Laborer, Form Setter, and Concrete Finisher roles in the Phoenix, AZ area. Responsibilities include spreading concrete into forms with rake/shovel, cement mixing, breaking up and repairing surfaces with pneumatic tools, cleaning and maintaining a safe site, fine-grading soil for proper concrete thickness, transporting tools and materials, and performing other duties as assigned. Form setters erect and install forms per blueprints using hand tools and ensure correct dimensions with spreaders, tie rods, anchors, and braces; cutting lumber to blueprint dimensions and assembling form panels. Finisher duties cover directing concrete delivery, spreading and leveling concrete, smoothing surfaces, finishing with trowels/floats, patching defects, finishing joints, and applying prescribed surface finishes, plus directing sub-grade work and form setting as needed. The position requires outdoor work in all weather, physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds), and occasional overtime/weekend work. Minimum qualification is High School Diploma or GED with 6 months to 1 year related experience preferred. Equal opportunity employer; pre-employment drug screen required.
