Concrete Carpenter

Concrete Carpenter responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks associated with prepping, pouring, placing, and finishing concrete. Tasks include erecting and setting wood or metal forms for concrete structures (foundations, buildings, site work), including tilt-wall, Symon, and structural forms for columns, decks, elevator cores, and parking garages. Read and interpret drawings/prints; build/assemble forms; set forms to proper elevations; may assist with reinforcing steel; erect scaffolding and ladders; communicate with Foreman, Riding Boss, or Project Manager about issues, materials, or safety hazards; ensure equipment is safe; assist with placing concrete as needed; observe safety policies; perform other duties as assigned. Location: Lenexa, KS (USA). Preferred qualifications include experience in construction or contracting, strong communication, analytical and detail-oriented skills.
