Job Summary
Concrete Batch Plant Operator needed in Kalgoorlie with sponsorship and relocation support. Operate and maintain batch plant operations (fixed/mobile), perform concrete batching, and assist the crew on the ground with formwork and concrete tasks. Requires HR license, front end loader, agitator-truck experience, White Card, National Police Clearance, Australian work rights, and pre-employment medical/drug/alcohol checks. Projects are civil construction in mining/resource sectors with 3–6 month project cycles; long-term opportunities and ongoing work. Willingness to join ground crew, work with concreters/steel fixers/operators, and travel between projects is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced Batch Plant Operator - concrete batching experience (fixed/mobile)
- HR license
- Front end loader
- experience driving an agitator truck
- White Card (construction)
- National Police Clearance (or ability to get one)
- Australian Work rights
- pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol
- Sound knowledge of concrete / slump / cement types / water/cement ratios
- Ability to carry out concrete cylinder tests (preferred)
- Ability to operate independently
