Job Summary
Concourse Product Director-Payments-Executive Director leads the product strategy and lifecycle for embedded payments within JPMorgan Concourse, overseeing roadmap, development, risk management, and business growth; mentors cross-functional teams in solution generation, market research, prototyping, and product delivery; accountable for product performance and enhancements, market trend monitoring, competitive analysis, and differentiation; emphasizes leadership in fintech/financial services and stakeholder management to drive client adoption and end-to-end satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive knowledge of product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to influence adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Demonstrated leadership in product management in fintech, technology or financial institution
- Strong oral and written communication skills to drive change across multiple functions (Technology, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Controls, Compliance)
