Concourse Experience Manager

Ensure a "FUN" atmosphere by identifying and resolving issues impacting guest experience while managing overall floor operations for bowling, bar, and lane service. Oversee cleaning protocols, validate compliance and training, and review timecards and inventory quality. Act as Manager on Duty when needed, report product and service issues, and conduct delivery check-ins. Maintain a positive, professional demeanor to meet sales goals and train team members across various positions. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
