Job Summary
Manage the overall atmosphere and operations of the concourse, ensuring a "FUN" environment while overseeing bowling, bar, and lane service. Identify and resolve issues impacting guest experience, validate compliance and training, and maintain cleanliness standards across the location. Act as Manager on Duty when needed, review timecards, check inventory quality, and conduct delivery check-ins. Support team members through training and motivation to meet sales goals and exceed expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of management experience
- Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor
- Must able to work weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage
