Job Summary
Lead and direct the MSW program at Concordia University Wisconsin, overseeing teaching across the MSW curriculum, CSWE accreditation processes, student recruitment and admissions, enrollment management, and budget planning. Responsibilities include maintaining program accreditation, planning courses, delivering information sessions and orientations, developing and updating curricular documents, managing student discipline and petitions, supervising faculty and administrative staff, participating in School of Health Professions leadership, collaborating with other departments, contributing to strategic planning and scholarship, integrating a biblical worldview in teaching and service, and supporting university ceremonies and professional development to ensure relevance and rigor of the MSW program.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited program
- earned doctorate in Social Work
- minimum five years post-MSW practice experience
- minimum five years full-time teaching experience in social work education
- leadership and management experience in social work academia
- record of scholarship, teaching, and service
- eligible for academic appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or above
