Job Summary
Concierge role at Chapelwood development in Wilmslow: act as the face of a luxury residential community, delivering high-end hospitality while ensuring site safety and operational compliance. Responsibilities include resident relations and wellbeing, providing information about local events and services, monitoring CCTV and secure access, basic troubleshooting of M&E fixtures, coordinating with sales and maintenance teams to keep guest suites and spa facilities operational, supervising contractors (housekeeping, landscaping, maintenance), and maintaining precise health & safety and maintenance logs. Shift pattern is rota-based across 08:00–20:00 with occasional training or events; role requires DBS check. The ideal candidate has proven luxury-property experience, GCSE-level English and Maths knowledge, strong communication skills, and good IT proficiency; knowledge of Google Workspace is advantageous; UK right-to-work essential.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE standard grade C or above, or equivalent in Maths and English, or with hospitality / property related vocational qualifications
- Knowledge of English written and spoken; strong IT skills; Google Workspace advantageous
- Right to work in the UK
