Job Summary
Concierge at Wellington Oaks responsible for greeting residents and visitors, providing inquiries/directions and coordinating transportation and reservations. Serves as a central communication hub for events and announcements, maintains logs, assists with check-in/check-out procedures, coordinates community events, and addresses resident/visitor needs with a high level of customer service. Requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and compassion for the elderly; duties include light administrative tasks, safety monitoring, and collaboration with staff to ensure a positive, welcoming environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous customer service or concierge experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency with office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
