Job Summary
Provide frontline customer service to residents and prospects, warmly welcome people into the community, conduct tours of available apartments, plan and execute virtual and in-person events, respond to inquiries via phone and email, maintain knowledge of the community and comparable properties, promote resident participation in activities, coordinate amenity scheduling and packages, and collaborate with vendors while ensuring common areas and model homes meet Weidner’s quality standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Yardi and Paycom is preferred, along with strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience required
- Must agree to a criminal background check
- Must sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing
- Must have access to personal vehicle and/or reliable transportation, at all times
- Driver’s license, vehicle and vehicle insurance must be valid and unexpired at all times and match the country in which associate will work
