Job Summary
Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a warm, hospitable attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere within the hospital environment. Provide support and assistance while maintaining a proactive, empathetic approach to ensure comfort and care during times of need. Handle physical demanding tasks, including walking 10,000-20,000 steps daily, and remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Utilize strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities to address inquiries effectively.
