Job Summary
Welcome new residents and guests, ensure prospects are comfortable, and respond to inquiries within 24 hours. Monitor guest traffic, parking garages, security cameras, and fire alarm panels. Answer phone calls, transfer requests, and assist with call backs while ensuring timely package delivery and documentation. Book freight elevators for moves and deliveries, maintain equipment inventory, and update daily logs with resident concerns. Act as the primary point of contact for residents, fostering positive relationships and confirming expectations are met. Provide personalized care and convenience while organizing resident services and programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited required
- Two or more years of experience in customer service environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
