Job Summary
Build itineraries to UJV standards and act as the main client contact post-booking, providing essential travel details and managing inquiries via email and phone. Coordinate personalized travel arrangements with Luxury Travel Advisors, including excursions, transfers, and dining, while performing multiple quality checks on flights, accommodations, and transfers to ensure accuracy. Maintain a service-first mindset by staying up-to-date with travel recommendations and keeping vendor databases and travel guides current. Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager. This role plays a critical part in creating unforgettable travel experiences for advisors globally, supporting them in satisfying exclusive clients. Candidates located outside the United States will be engaged under an independent contractor agreement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury travel experience, whether through a luxury agency or a DMC (Destination Management Company)
- Native English fluency, both written and spoken, with excellent email etiquette
- Experience using reservation management systems
- Experience using Google Drive applications (Doc, Sheets, etc)
- Detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Service-first mindset
