Job Summary
Provide excellent member service and maintain strong professional relationships at luxury communities in Arlington, Tysons, and Vienna, VA. Handle front desk operations efficiently while managing multiple functions and maintaining detailed logs. Submit reports, produce signage, and utilize Building Link, Yardi, Rent Café, or Entrata systems. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to interact with all personnel and the general public. Possess strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities to ensure punctuality and attendance. Maintain a neat, professional appearance and display local knowledge of tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation services. Complete a background investigation and reference check upon hire.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior residential concierge experience
- Effective written and oral communication
- Interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public
- Computer literacy skills to submit reports, maintain logs, produce signage, etc.
- Neat and professional appearance
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work well with people
- Detail oriented
- Ability to handle multiple functions at the same time
