Job Summary
Provide excellent member service and maintain strong professional relationships for luxury communities in the Washington, DC area. Manage the front desk efficiently while handling multiple functions simultaneously, including submitting reports, maintaining logs, and producing signage using Building Link, Yardi, Rent Café, or Entrata. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to interact with all personnel and the general public, leveraging local knowledge of tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation services. Complete a background investigation and reference check upon hire, adhering to strict attendance and punctuality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior residential concierge experience
- Effective written and oral communication
- Interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public
- Computer literacy skills to submit reports, maintain logs, produce signage, etc.
- Neat and professional appearance
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well with people
- Detail oriented and able to handle multiple functions at the same time
- Exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of the local area, tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation services
- Flexibility and open availability
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality standard
- Successful completion of a background investigation and reference check
