Job Summary
Greet owners and visitors with a positive attitude while acting as the primary point of reference for assistance and information. Acquire extensive knowledge of the condominium, including area activities and building facilities, to provide accurate answers and recommend services. Assist with beverage service in common areas, receive parcels, and ensure safety and cleanliness in all common areas. Resolve issues directly with facility users, report incidents such as fire or theft immediately, and coordinate with juristic persons regarding unit defects. Respond to complaints, find appropriate solutions, and communicate daily reports to the Building Manager.

- Ability to report any incidents of accident such fire, theft, loss, damage, flood to all concerned within timely manner
- Ability to respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution
- Ability to coordinate with juristic person in room defects from unit owners
- Ability to daily report all complaints and comments to Building Manager
- Location: On-site –Bangkok, THA
