Concierge role for The Cape Town EDITION Hotel (Pre-opening) focusing on delivering exceptional guest services: respond to guest requests (transportation, reservations, dry cleaning), assist guests with unique needs, provide information about local amenities and events, handle guest inquiries via calls/messages, coordinate with Bellperson/Housekeeping, maintain logs, ensure safety and security, welcome guests, communicate clearly, build positive team relationships, and perform opening duties and other reasonable tasks as requested. Requires strong communication, customer-service orientation, ability to stand/walk for long periods, and compliance with brand policies.
