Concierge team member – Porter / Valet

Be the face of the hotel, the key point of contact for guests arriving and departing the hotel, and liaise with guests to ensure an exceptional level of luxury service is delivered. Engage with guests on arrival, departure and during their stay through reception and concierge duties; receive guest vehicles and luggage and ensure care is taken to move them to their next destination; provide recommendations and information about Brisbane and its surrounds; interact with different departments to ensure a seamless guest experience; provide exceptional service and product knowledge to proactively upsell hotel products and services. You will excel if you have a true desire to work, grow and develop in guest-facing operations of a luxury city hotel, an enthusiastic approach, excellent attention to detail and superior customer service skills, strong communication skills, a friendly personality paired with professionalism and a high standard of personal presentation. Open driver’s license (manual desirable) and the ability to lift and carry heavy items; ability to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends.
