Job Summary
Concierge Supervisor leading the Oakridge Park concierge team across multiple desks to deliver luxury guest service, overseeing daily operations, coaching colleagues, maintaining a pristine premium image, managing budgets and SOPs (e.g., Lost & Found, Coat check, VIP suite protocols, gift card handling), and coordinating cross-functionally with mall departments to ensure consistent, high-end customer experiences for VIP guests and visitors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in luxury hospitality or high-end retail
- Strong working knowledge of elevated customer experience in luxury environments
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Calm and professional under pressure with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to pivot across multiple priorities and service points
- Tech-savvy; able to use POS, digital booking systems, radios, CRM platforms, AI and related tools
- Multilingualism is an asset (Mandarin)
