Job Summary
Respond to guest requests for special arrangements, including transportation, dining, spa appointments, and local experiences. Offer knowledgeable recommendations about property amenities, local attractions, and Stockyards events while building rapport to anticipate needs. Contact departments to resolve requests, record all guest messages in designated systems, and coordinate VIP amenities with Front Office and Housekeeping teams. Monitor lobby areas for service opportunities and review shift logs daily to stay informed of property events. Maintain current knowledge of Fort Worth and DFW entertainment venues and dining establishments. Uphold confidentiality of guest information and ensure a welcoming environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage authentically with diverse guests.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Fort Worth Stockyards, DFW area, and surrounding attractions.
- Flexible schedule — must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional demeanor and polished appearance consistent with luxury hospitality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).
- Ability to learn and navigate property management systems (PMS), reservation platforms, and other workplace technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and exceptional customer service.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a luxury or full-service hotel, resort, or guest services environment.

- Background in local partnerships or vendor relationships within hospitality, tourism, or event coordination.
