Job Summary
Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors professionally while responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns. Coordinate services, assist with reservations and community information, and provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment. Resolve resident and guest concerns, monitor access points to support safety, and collaborate with onsite teams and security for seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate records of interactions, service requests, packages, and deliveries. Communicate important information to residents, guests, and team members as needed. Participate in training programs and stay informed about community services, policies, and events. Promote a positive, welcoming, and inclusive community environment. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to successfully complete background screening
- Ability to successfully complete drug screening
- Ability to successfully complete employment verification requirements
- Ability to work on-site as scheduled
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of concierge, hospitality, customer service, front desk, hotel, residential, or related experience
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of local attractions, dining, entertainment, and community resources
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- Hospitality-related education or certifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Experience with property management systems, CRM platforms, or related software
