Job Summary
Front Desk Associates and Doormen at Planned Companies (PLS) provide a warm, welcoming experience for tenants, guests, and vendors by greeting and directing them, coordinating reservations and on-site events, offering local recommendations, and managing mail, deliveries, and access control. The role requires 3+ years of customer service, strong communication, basic computer skills, knowledge of local attractions, and the ability to multitask and lift up to 50lbs. Responsibilities include greeting and guiding visitors, building relationships with tenants for personalized experiences, scheduling and coordinating reservations at restaurants and venues, planning on-site events, directing guests to local services and entertainment, documenting mail and vendor activity, and monitoring the lobby and security access. Full-time position with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K with employer match. Located in San Francisco, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of local attractions and establishments
- Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed
