Concierge

Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with brand philosophy and Elevate Program standards by facilitating the efficient arrival and departure of customers, passengers, and flight crews. Greet and assist flight crews with catering, ground transportation, and other ground support requirements while providing baggage handling, valet parking, and courtesy shuttle runs to airport terminals and hotels. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of customer-facing areas, including lounges, cafes, and boardrooms, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is operational. Conduct security patrols, door checks, and parking lot inspections two to three times per shift, monitoring for unusual activity and reporting issues promptly. Complete daily and weekly vehicle inspections, submit reports to the GSE Supervisor, and ensure courtesy shuttles remain clean, fueled, and maintained per Standard Operating Procedures. Available to work different shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays, with a Class 5 driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
