Job Summary
Greet residents, guests, and vendors while answering telephone calls and delivering packages, plants, and prescription drugs. Monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, and life safety systems to ensure resident and property security, then investigate unusual activity. Process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns while maintaining the sign-in/out log for keys and gate passes. Assist other departments with administrative functions and ensure timely responses to resident, family, and employee concerns. Maintain a positive, professional demeanor toward all stakeholders while communicating clearly in English and using proficient computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- You need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- You have highly proficient computer skills
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word is required
- You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Senior Lifestyle requires that all employees provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination unless exempt due to medical, religious, or personal beliefs
Desired Qualifications
- Three (3) months of related experience is preferred
- You are compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful
- You have the ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers
