Job Summary
Greet all visitors, answer incoming telephone and resident calls, and direct guests in the lobby while maintaining a clean, inviting environment. Proactively assist residents, families, and employees with questions or problems, manage the inquiry process for sales and marketing, and process new resident documentation. Handle package delivery, forward messages, and promote community activities. This part-time weekend role at Distinctive Living's Mira Vie at Warren location requires six months of receptionist experience and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- six months of experience in a receptionist role or similar function
