The Concierge & Security Lead will serve as the welcoming face of 368 Broome Street, managing the daily check-ins, visitor registrations, and ensuring a secure environment. This role includes monitoring building security, assisting with tenant and guest needs, and maintaining accurate logs while collaborating with the Property Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a front desk, hospitality, or concierge role preferred
- Willingness to obtain NYC Certificates of Fitness for building operations
