Job Summary
Concierge Security Engineer 3 role focusing on serving as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers, building partnerships, analyzing log and system data, and guiding security services delivery. Responsibilities include communicating with non-technical stakeholders, mentoring junior analysts, and supporting multiple enterprises’ security infrastructure across firewalls, IDS, proxies, and cloud environments, while leveraging scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and strong relationship-building and written/spoken communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Information Security, Network Security, or Cyber Security
- 3+ years additionally as a Network Admin, System Admin, Cloud Admin, or similar is strongly preferred
- Understanding of Enterprise IT Security including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, Antivirus, Content Filtering, Proxies
- Understanding of Enterprise IT Operations including Networking, Active Directory, LDAP, Windows Server, and Cloud Infrastructures
- Ability to analyze log and system data
- Ability to use scripting tools/languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell
- Excellent writing and speaking skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- No specific degree or certification requirements; engineering/tech degrees are a plus; CISSP is positive
