Job Summary
Concierge at an Assisted Living Facility provides information, answers inquiries, coordinates appointments and transportation, assists with administrative tasks, maintains a welcoming desk, and liaises between residents, families, and staff to ensure a seamless, private, and professional resident experience. Duties include greeting residents and visitors, communicating facility amenities and services, managing correspondence and schedules, maintaining records, and collaborating with other staff to address resident needs and ensure safety and security. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency with basic computer systems are required.
