Job Summary
Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly while answering inquiries and coordinating appointments, transportation, and facility services. Manage administrative tasks including correspondence, resident records, and appointment schedules, while maintaining a clean, stocked desk area. Collaborate with staff to resolve resident concerns, monitor facility security, and act as a liaison between departments. Uphold resident privacy and confidentiality in all interactions. This part-time weekend role reports to the Executive Director and requires health screenings, TB clearance, and criminal record clearance. First Aid/CPR certification is required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Required Health Screening
- TB Clearance
- Criminal Record Clearance
- First Aid/CPR Certified
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Proficiency in computer systems, including word processing, email, and database management
- Understanding principles of exceptional customer service
- Ability to provide a positive and welcoming experience for residents and visitors
- Knowledge of safety protocols, emergency protocols, and security measures
- Basic knowledge of administrative procedures, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining records
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and address resident concerns or issues
- Ability to escalate matters as needed
- Ability to be flexible and adjust to changing circumstances, needs, and priorities
- Ability to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to adhere to ethical standards in all interactions
- Ability to lift and carry light to moderate loads, such as packages and deliveries
Desired Qualifications
